ARBITRATION

International Arbitration

As a part of our international services, we provide highly experienced arbitrators who are experts across a wide range of substantive areas.

Emergency Arbitration

At times, a party may opt for emergency arbitration when there is an urgent requirement of conservatory measures that cannot wait for the formation of the regular arbitration tribunal. An emergency arbitrator is appointed within two business days and the order is processed within 5 business days from his/her appointment.

MEDIATION-ARBITRATION

Popularly known as the ‘Med-Arb’ is a hybrid dispute resolution process bringing together both the features of Mediation and Arbitration. Here while the Arbitration proceeding is in progress the party can request the tribunal put the proceeding on hold and proceed to resolve their dispute amicably by opting for Mediation.

SUMMARY PROCEEDING

Here the parties mutually agree in writing to resolve their dispute adopting the summary procedure. In summary procedures the parties shall proceed upon oral argument based on the case record.

MEDIATION

Long delays coupled with the high cost of present day adversary litigation demands for a mechanism which provides a platform for fast dispute redressal. Mediation provides for a method of settlement which is distinct from litigation and ensures parties to present their case to a mutually selected neutral person. Now, under the supervision of a trained mediator, the parties take the initiative to resolve and settle their conflicts by coming to a mutual agreement. Through a panel of trained mediators we provide facilities for both pre-litigation and the post-litigation mediation. More importantly, the mediators are governed by the rules and maintain highest standards of ethics, integrity, fairness and confidentiality of the matters.
