AUTHENTICATED / CERTIFIED COPY

Payment for obtaining certified/ authenticated copies should be sent together with the completed request form and may be made by a local cheque in favour of Centre for Arbitration and Consultancy Development’ or by bank transfer. All cheques should be sent directly to the “Centre for Arbitration and Consultancy Development” Khamar: Post- Rajarhat (Bishnupur); Kolkata; India- 700135. On query the bank details, relevant rules and the requisite fees thereto shall be informed to the requesting parties

TRANSLATION SERVICES

Language barrier is a well-known hurdle in arbitration proceedings. Mostly the problem arises while examining a witness who neither understands nor speaks a language commonly used or while referring to a document written in a language other than the one the tribunal understands. To overcome this and to facilitate a particular party to present their case in their own language and its effective communication to the other party, CACD provides for expert interpreters with fluent knowledge of various national/ international languages.
