REFUND OF PROGRAMME FEES
- Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances. However, a participant may opt to transfer his nomination. In such cases, intimation must be made by the participant to the coordinator at info@cacdindia.in atleast 10 days prior to commencement of the contest.
- A request for refund of participation fee on the ground of extension of date to organize the event shall not be considered.
- Where the contest is cancelled by CACD for a reason other than force majeure, the fee(s) will be refunded to the participant. The total liability of CACD, for any claims under these terms, is limited to the amount you paid us to participate in the contest after deducting postage or other statutory charges if any. However, in all such cases refund shall be made by cheque in favor of participant and not online.
- In all cases, CACD will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. No refund of the participation fee in case CACD fails to organize the contest due to force majeure.
