  • “Affiliate” is an entity that belongs to the CACD group.
  • “Personal data” means any information or set of information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. Personal data does not include data that is encoded or anonymized.
  • “Non-personal data” collectively refers to all information we collect that is not Personal data, including Usage data, demographic data and de-identified Personal data.
